Inherent Vice (2014) over at In Review Online and a Quick Update

As you can no doubt tell, I've been writing in this space less frequently as of late because I'm publishing at In Review Online. I intend to update it regularly with pointers to work not hosted here, and I will also continue to publish more personal writing when it emerges.

Today, and yes I'm lagging a bit behind, I'm thrilled to share a piece I wrote on Inherent Vice to celebrate its Independence Day run at Lincoln Center. It's emerged for me unequivocally as the best film of the 2010s, so it was a great honor to tackle it.
